On occasion, it becomes necessary to manually create a volunteer's account instead of relying on the volunteer to create their own account.
- From the Main Menu, click Volunteers then click Add Volunteer. Alternatively, you can click on the Main Menu, click the Add New then click Add Volunteer.
- Enter the volunteer's personal information (only first and last names are required).
- To allow the student to manage their own account, check the Send Account Setup Link to the student box at the top. Enter an email address for the student.
- This is highly recommended, as it allows the volunteer to personalize their own account.
- Click Save.
- After saving, several tabs will become available in which you can provide additional information about the volunteer. If desired, complete each tab, clicking Save and Next or Save after each.
