Resetting a Volunteer's Password

While volunteers are able to reset their own passwords, some volunteers may request help doing so.

Note: Do not reset a volunteer's password without their permission.

1. From the Main Menu, click Volunteers then Volunteer list.
   
   Alternatively, click Active Volunteers on the Dashboard.
2. Conduct a search for the volunteer using the Volunteer Search tutorial.
   Note: If only one volunteer matched your search and the volunteer's profile opened automatically, conduct a broader search. The password reset feature is not available on a volunteer's profile and must be accessed from the list view.
3. A list of volunteers who match your search will appear. Click Reset Password in the dropdown menu next to the desired volunteer's name.
   
4. A temporary password will be sent to the volunteer's email address.
