There are four reasons why a partner opportunity is not published to the VAC/university:
1. The opportunity was not published by the partner organization to the VAC/university.
When partner organizations create their opportunity, they sometimes miss to publish the opportunity to the VAC/university.
To resolve this, the organization must edit the opportunity to make sure that it is published. Under the "Publish" step, select the checkbox next to the VAC/university name then click Publish/Unpublish to Action Center.
2. The partner opportunity is still pending approval.
After the partner organization publishes the opportunity to the VAC/university, the latter will need to approve and publish it before becomes available on the public site.
The organization can reach out to the VAC/university to have them review the posted opportunity. The VAC/university can then go under Partner Opportunities' Approval Pending tab and Approve and Publish the partner opportunity.
3. The partner opportunity was not published by the VAC/university to the public site.
When the VAC/university reviews a pending/approved opportunity, they have the option to publish or not publish the partner opportunity.
The organization can reach out to the VAC/university to request the partner opportunity to be published. To do that, the VAC/university must click the dropdown next to the partner opportunity and click Publish.
4. The partner organization was marked inactive.
When a partner organization is marked inactive by the VAC/university, the organization's opportunities are unpublished as well.
The VAC/university must activate the organization to publish the opportunities as well. To activate, click the dropdown next to the organization name and click Activate.
