FAQ: How Do I Resend Donation Acknowledgment and/or Year End Thank You Letters?

If you have already sent Acknowledgement Letters or Year End Thank You Letters via snail mail (print batch) - you can go to Main Menu: Communications: History, find the batch in the list, click the drop down to the right of the batch and select "download letters" to download another copy of the letters (there is no way to download a single letter; you'll need to download the entire batch and then just print the one specific letter that you need).

If you have already sent Acknowledgment Letters or Year End Thank You Letters via email (email batch) and for some reason you need to send them again, you can resend the letters by deleting the batch in the History tab and generating them again from scratch. Please Note: Deleting the acknowledgement letters under History also removes the indication that the letter was sent in the each contact's Engagement History.

To resend letters sent via email, first delete the existing/sent batch by going to Main Menu > Communications > Communications> History

Find your batch in the list and click the drop down menu to the right of the batch name and select Delete.

Next, regenerate the batch/letters that you need by going to Main Menu > Communications > Send Acknowledgements (for acknowledgment letters) or Main Menu > Communications > Create New Communication > Year End Letters for (year-end thank you letters).
