FAQ: I Didn’t Receive the Email to Download My Labels or Letters
1. Once the labels/letters requested are processed, the file can be downloaded without having the email linking you to the file.
2. Go to Communications and select History from the sub-menu.
3. The resulting screen will show you the history of communications sent. Look for the batch of the labels or letters by scrolling down or using filter options.
4. Click on the drop down arrow on the right of the delete button.
5. Click on the "View Recipients" from the drop down options to check the recipients.
5. You can select Download from the drop down options to download the letters or labels. Check the downloads folder on your device.
