TimeTap: Activating the TimeTap Integration
- TimeTap is an online calendar/scheduler app that makes coordinating 1:1 and group meetings a breeze.
- TimeTap is a paid add-on for CRM clients; however, CRM clients do receive discounted pricing. Please Note: TimeTap data does not integrate with/sync to our CRM at this time.
- To create a TimeTap account, begin by navigating to Add-Ons and More on the CRM Main Menu.
- Click on the Integrations Tab
- Click on the TimeTap button.
- On the TimeTap landing page, you will find information on TimeTap's features and the discounted price you will pay based on your CRM subscription/plan level. Please Note: after activating your TimeTap account/integration, in future, you will bypass this page and be taken directly to the TimeTap log-in page.
- After reviewing the information on this page, click the Get Started button in the center of the page (in the price box).
- You will be taken the Fundly/CRM Accounts area where you will complete the TimeTap account creation steps.
- Follow the steps (similar steps as signing up for/renewing your CRM subscription/plan) on screen to complete the TimeTap sign up.
- On the Select Subscription Tab, click the Continue button beneath the plan level
- On the Select Subscription Term Tab, you will see that a TimeTap subscription term is ONE YEAR. You can choose to pay for your one year subscription up front/in one lump sum or spread the payments out monthly, but keep in mind that if you cancel early you are still responsible for the total amount due. After selecting your payment plan, click the Finalize Your Plan button in the lower right.
- On the Accept Terms & Conditions Tab, sign the contract by first entering your name in the box provided. The rest of the contract will populate - review the terms and conditions and sign again at the bottom of the page. Then click the Accept Terms & Conditions button in the lower right.
- On the Review & Complete Tab, review your plan details in the left hand panel and provide your credit card/payment information in the right hand panel. Click the Complete Your Order button in the lower right to complete account creation.
- On the Select Subscription Tab, click the Continue button beneath the plan level
- Creation of your TimeTap account is a MANUAL process on the TimeTap end. Once you click Complete Your Order, an email will be sent to the TimeTap staff. They will contact you (generally within 24-48 business hours) with next steps (they will manually create an account for your organization and will contact you with information on how to finalize and sign in to your account).
- Going forward, you can review your TimeTap plan details, review and/or print your contract/the Terms & Conditions, and/or renewal your TimeTap subscription via the My Account area of your system (accessible from the drop down to the right of your log in name in the upper right corner of the screen). Select TimeTap from the drop down in the upper right of the My Account screen to access your TimeTap plan details.
