Manage Memberships Part VIII: Benefit Fulfillment (Version 2+)
- This tutorial will cover how to manage benefit fulfillment.
- As contacts gain and renew memberships their benefits will be tracked by the system allowing you to indicate when Fixed Quantity benefits have been sent and tickets used.
- To see a list of all membership benefits to be fulfilled click on the Main Menu in the top right corner of the screen and click on Benefit Fulfillment in the Membership section.
- To view the list of fulfilled benefits, click on the Fulfillment History button in the lower right of the screen.
- To indicate a status change on a benefit, click on the Change Status button to the right of the benefit.
- In the resulting dialogue indicate the new status of the benefit with the Status drop down.
- When the status for a benefit is set to Fulfilled it will be moved to the Fulfillment History list.
- You the Shipment Tracking Number to record any tracking information you have for the benefit, and the Shipment Date field to indicate when the benefit was shipped.
- When you have finished click on the Change Status button to return to the pending benefit list.
- To change multiple benefits simultaneously, check the box to the left of the desired benefits and click on the Change Status button in the lower right of the screen.
- In the resulting dialogue indicate the new status and click Change Status.
