Am I eligible for an upgrade?
To answer this question, you must know what modules you are currently using in version 1. A module is a function of NonProfitEasy, which allows your organization to track and record specific data. Please review the following list to see if the modules have recorded data in are available for a Version 1 to Version 2 Migration.

Are there any costs to move to Version 2?

Will the Fundly team be able to move everything to Version 2?
We have built CRM 2.0 with an entirely new framework to improve the speed and stability of the system, so although we will be able to move most of your data, there are some pieces that we will not be able to move to the new platform. What can I do to prepare my Version 2 database to limit downtime?
Once you have signed up for Fundly Version 2.0 and you have received your login credentials, to limit downtime when migrating from Version 1 to Version 2.0, you can follow the steps in 'Preparing Version 2.0' to ensure a speedy transition.
Once my organization is eligible to migrate to Version 2, how long will it take to have our data migrated?
After your organization has approved the costs of migration and has successfully signed up for Version 2, depending on the size of the migration, wait times may be anywhere from a couple of days to a week. During this time neither your Version 1 or Version 2 account will be accessible.
Will my subscription fee remain the same?
Yes, your subscription fee will remain the same, but this will mean your subscription will maintain the same limits that were set in version 1.0. Limits include Contacts, Users, E-communications, etc.
If you would like to remove such restrictions as User Limits and E-Communication limits, you may want to consider switching to Version 2.0 pricing to receive this upgrade. To review Version 2.0 pricing and removal of limits Click Here.
Will my organization receive training on the new system?
