- Preset CRM Contact Types cannot be assigned or migrated because they require additional information. You can create and assign your own Contact Types by configuring them within CRM prior to migration.
- Example #1. A Donor cannot be assigned the Contact Type Donor without any recorded donations.
- Example #2. A Member cannot be assigned the Contact Type Member without a membership registration.
