Limitations of the Import Utility

Certain types of data are not available for import using the Import Utility. 

These include (but are not limited to):

Contacts

• Relationships (other than spouse and partner) - Relationship types that link a contact to another contact like Child, Grandparent, Mother, Father, etc...
• Custom Dataset fields

Donations

• Recurring donations
• Pledges
• Payments linked to pledges (donations can be assigned to pledges after the donation import is processed)
• Gift Additional Information data (can be added manually to the record after import). 

Events and Event Registrations 

• ALL Event data

Memberships

• ALL Membership data

Grants

• All Grants Data

Interactions & Tasks

• All Interaction & Task Data

Other Item Purchases

• All Other Item data

e-Store Purchases

• All e-Store data
