Approving or Rejecting Partner Organizations

When an organization requests to associate with your VAC or University, you must approve or reject the request.

1. In the Dashboard, click Organizations Awaiting Approval. Alternatively, from the Main Menu click Organizations, then click the Approval Pending.
   
   
2. A list of organizations awaiting approval will be displayed.
   
   
3. To approve an organization: Click Approve.

Note: If you wish to also approve or reject the organization’s program associations, follow steps 4-7 from the Approve or Reject an Organization’s Program Association tutorial.

4. To reject an organization: Click Reject.

• If the organization is not a match for your VAC/University, follow up with a phone call or email to let them know.
