FAQ : Additional incompatibilities for CRM WordPress Plugins

1. Below is the list of non-compatible domain/website hosts.
   • All hosting providers which provide "managed Wordpress" hosting, including:
     • GoDaddy with a "managed WordPress" hosting plan
     • Sucuri Hosting
     • Pantheon Hosting
     • Hostgator with a managed WordPress Hosting plan
     • Bluehost with a managed WordPress Hosting plan
   • GoDaddy with Cpanel if the firewall is on ( firewall does have the option to set cache on/off)

    

2. Below is the list of non-compatible cache servers.
   • External cache library such as Memcached, OpCode, Varnish -Reverse Proxy cache

    

3. Specific Settings needed for CRM Plugins to be compatible.
   • All plugins provide options to exclude pages; be sure to exclude all CRM plug-in pages from caching, cart, and conflicting plugpins
     
   • WordPress Admin can add URLs to the excluded list within WP and other plug-in settings.

    

4. Below are the list of specific plugins which are non-compatible.
   • WooCommerce
   • If using caching plugins, make sure you exclude the following pages from the cache through their respective settings panels like Cart, Checkout, MyAccount. Click here to know more.

   • Many speed optimizer plugins combine the scripts, which may cause javascript issues.

    

5. Below are third-party plugins that are known to utilize Server-Side caching and which, therefore, will conflict with our plug-ins unless the WP admin specifically excludes our pages from caching.

   • Page Speed Ninja
   • Wp-optimize plugin
