Single Sign On (Flat File Transfer) Template for Students

The attached template is the data file format for the student profile data transfer.

Below is the workflow for the student profile data pull:

• The university will put the updated student profile data files on a secure location on a daily basis and allow Secure FTP access for our system on this file.
• Our system will run the nightly process which will perform the below tasks:
• Pull the student profile data files from the secure location.
• Validate the data to process valid ones and send the details regarding invalid data to the admin.
• Update the student profile if profile already created or create new if it doesn't exists.
• If the student signed up using the university SSO, then it will search for the respective record using First Name, Last Name and Email, and prefill all the information and map the logged in user with that found student record.
