Organization Admin Dashboard
1. Account Menu
This drop down is where you can access your Account, Theme, Profile and Terms & Conditions. This is also where you can access our Support Library and be able to Logout.
2. Main Menu
This is where you can access the menu items such as the Dashboard, Communications, Opportunities, Reports, Configurations, Volunteers and Website Integration. The menu items for volunteers allow them to access their profile and their opportunities, as well as their teams.
3. Quick Count / Summary
For admins, you will see a count of active volunteers, active teams and opportunities on your dashboard. These counters are clickable and will redirect you to the corresponding pages.
Volunteers, on the other hand, will see a summary of their opportunities and hours on their dashboard. These counters are not clickable.
4. Summary of Scheduled Volunteer(s) (Admins)
Summary of Scheduled Volunteer(s) is a quick count of your scheduled volunteers and their hours. This helps you to determine how many volunteers were scheduled and how many hours were logged for a particular date range. By default, the filter date range is blank which means its pulling from all scheduled volunteers.
