Employer Matching Gifts Part 1 - Activating 360MatchPro Integration
- Automatic tracking of donations eligible for matching gifts can be done through our integration with third-party provider 360MatchPro.
- 360MatchPro is a third-party software that maintains a database of employers that offer a matching gifts program. Once a donation is entered into the 360MatchPro database, a status indicator alerts the user to the fact that an employer offers a matching gift program. Additionally, donors are sent an email allowing them to indicate if a donation is eligible for a matching gift from their employer. The 360MatchPro software guides the user through the process of submitting a request to the employer for a matching gift (including access to a database of matching gift request forms from eligible companies), making it easier to collect donations/matching gifts you are eligible for that might otherwise go unnoticed.
- Use of the 360MatchPro integration does cost an additional fee (charged by 360MatchPro) (10% of employer matching gifts collected [just the employer match; no charge on the donor/employee gift]).
- Once the 360MatchPro integration is turned on, all donations entered directly in CRM through your public website, the e-appeals module, or direct staff entry into the system will be sent to 360MatchPro; no double data entry required. All imported donation data (via import utility or migration by CRM staff) will NOT be sent to 360MatchPro.
- Please be aware that 360MatchPro is a third-party integration. We do not provide technical support or tutorials on 360MatchPro. Questions related to donations not syncing from CRM to 360MatcPro or questions related to donation statuses not updating in CRM from 360MatchPro should be directed to CRM support. Questions related to how 360MatchPro works or technical issues with your 360MatchPro account, dashboard, tracking emails triggered from 360MatchPro et cetera should be directed to 360MatchPro technical support.
- To turn on the 360MatchPro integration, from the Main Menu select Add-ons & More.
- Then click the Integrations tab and then click on the 360MatchPro button.
- Click the Activate button at the top of the screen.
- You will receive a green validation message that the activation was successful.
- If this is the first time activating the integration, an email will be sent to the account admin with instructions on how to login to 360MatchPro (please be sure to whitelist emails from fundly.com; otherwise the activation email may go to spam or be blocked by your domain provider's spam filters). If you are reactivating the integration after a period of deactivation, an email will NOT be triggered to the system admin; it is assumed you already have/know your 360MatchPro account login and password. If not, you will need to recover those from the 360MatchPro site/with the assistance of 360MatchPro support (Support will not be able to assist with this).
- After setting up the integration, you will access your 360MatchPro account by logging directly into your 360MatchPro account (you cannot access your 360MatchPro account from within CRM) at http://doublethedonation.com/360matchpro/login/.
