Updating Username and/or Password

UPDATING USER USERNAME/PASSWORD

For Volunteers:

1. From the Dashboard, click the Main Menu.
2. Select My Profile then click on Change Username/Password.
   
3. To update your username: Enter your new username on the username field, then click the Change Username button.
4. To update your password: Enter your old password. On the next field, enter your new password then confirm your new password on the last field. Click the Change Password button.
   
5.  Log out and log back in to verify your new login credentials. 

For Organization Users:

1. From the Dashboard, click the account menu 
2. Select My Account 
3. On the left-hand side of the navigation, click Credentials
4. To update your username: Enter your new username on the username field, then click the Change Username button.
5. To update your password: Enter your old password. On the next field, enter your new password then confirm your new password on the last field. Click the Change Password button.
   
6. Log out to verify your new login credentials.
