FAQ - What are the additional fees I am seeing on my statements?

Many of our integrations come free with your subscription, but please note that Service Fees & Credit Card Processing Fees do apply. 

Service Fee for event registration is applied and charged on a monthly basis to the credit card on file for your account. 

Service Fees are applicable to Credit Card payments processed directly through the CRM or supported web forms. 

NOTE: The fees do NOT apply to transactions that are entered in manually for Cash, Check, Wire Transfers, and other payments

• Event Registrations processed w/ CRM = CC Fee + $1 service fee on all paid event tickets
