FAQ: Why is the POS app not syncing?
- If you have not used the POS app in more than 7 days, POS will not sync with your CRM until manual sync is initiated.
- To initiate manual sync, tap the sync button.
- After initiating manual sync, the app will continue to sync at the interval you've selected in Sync Settings.
- If you continue to have issues with sync, try reinstalling the app.
- If that does not work, contact support by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
