Transaction Type:
Note: refer to this tutorial for steps for configuring Stripe and connecting the BBPOS Chipper 2X BT mobile reader. To learn more about adding items to the cart, click here.
Cash:
1. After adding the item(s) to cart, tap the Cash icon.
2. Tap Proceed from the Confirm Your Order pop-up.
3. Enter the amount of cash provided by the customer. If change is due, refer to the Change Due amount on the screen and provide the customer with the change. Tap Proceed.
4. An additional confirmation will appear if change is due. Tap Confirm.
6. Select Print, Email, or No Receipt from the Receipt pop-up.
Check:
1. After adding the item(s) to cart, tap the Check icon.
2. Tap Proceed from the Confirm Your Order pop-up.
3. Enter the check number in the Check Information pop-up. Tap Paid.
4. Select Print, Email, or No Receipt from the Receipt pop-up.
Credit Card:
1. After adding the item(s) to cart, tap the Credit Card icon.
2. Tap Proceed from the Confirm Your Order pop-up.
3. If you have not yet configured the BBPOS Chipper 2X BT mobile reader, click here. Once the card reader is connected, click Charge.
9. Insert, tap, or swipe the card when prompted by the system.
10. The POS app will confirm when the card has processed and can be removed.
11. Select Print, Email, or No Receipt from the Receipt pop-up.
