Workflow Automations (Journeys)

Workflow Automations (Journeys) is here!

Journeys is a new "workflow automation" feature within our CRM that allows users to automatically schedule tasks and/or automatic email communications for contacts! Want to automatically send your new members or new donors or first time event participants a series of onboarding/welcome emails? Want to automatically schedule a phone call with a new major donor? Want to automate follow up for lapsed donors, members, volunteers, etc.?

If so, then Journeys is what you've been waiting for!

You'll find Journeys on the Communications sub-menu on the Main Menu. Journeys has its own set of user rights and permissions, so for any of your non-admin users, you will need to give them permission to access Journeys (and communications) in your user roles and permissions.
 

Enabling Apple Pay

Due to a recent change to Apple Pay, if you wish to accept Apple Pay payments online for donations, memberships, event registrations, and/or e-store purchases (through our Pages or Plug-Ins integration), you will need to complete a "domain verification" step inside your Stripe account. Previously, ApplePay was being accepted with no set up/requirement from you as part of the suite of Digital Wallet options that are automatically part of our Pages and Plug-Ins integrations. However, now all clients will need to complete the following steps:
 

1. Download this (click to download ) domain association file and host it at "/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association" on your domain/site. For example, if you're registering https://example.com, make that file available at https://example.com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association.
2. Add a file in your site root directory
3. Next, tell Stripe to register your domain with Apple by logging in to your Stripe merchant account and going to the Apple Pay settings in the Dashboard.
