Museum Anywhere
- MuseumAnywhere is an independent, third-party application that allows museums to generate contactless/virtual membership cards.
- Our CRM integrates with the MuseumAnywhere software so that our clients can generate virtual membership cards for the members in their CRM account. Clients can also scan the barcode on a member's MuseumAnywhere membership card to look them up inside NPE/pull up their CRM record by scanning their MuseumAnywhere membership card.
- The integration operates from the MuseumAnywhere side; they consume our API which pulls basic contact information for members and ex-members into their system. As such, as technical assistance/troubleshooting happens from the MuseumAnywhere side and clients will need to contact MuseumAnywhere support for any technical difficulties.
- The fields that sync from our CRM to MuseumAnywhere include:

- Membership Type (Individual or Organization)
- Membership Status (active, inactive, cancelled)
- To use the MuseumAnywhere integration, users should:
- set up an account with MuseumAnywhere by emailing sales@museumanywhere.com
and mention that they use NonProfitEasy. We recommend cc'ing "support@fundly.com" so we can ensure smooth implementation and assist with initial set up if needed. - after setting up an account with MuseumAnywhere, email NPE support directly (support@fundly.com) and ask us to give MuseumAnywhere access to your NPE account.
- our technical team will create a special user role and user inside your CRM account ("MuseumAnywhere") which will be used by the integration to sync data from your CRM account to your MuseumAnywhere account. Do NOT delete or modify in any way this user role and user
- set up an account with MuseumAnywhere by emailing sales@museumanywhere.com
- After your MuseumAnywhere account is set up and the integration added from the MuseumAnywhere side, MuseumAnywhere can provide information on how the integration works and how to generate your membership cards.
