Online Pledges (for both Pages and WordPress Plug-Ins)
e-Store (for both Pages and WordPress Plug-Ins)
Ability to edit recurring donations (change/update amount, change charge date, and re-activate closed recurring donations)
An Important Note About The New Pages Template
We are releasing an update to our Pages feature which (is one of the features that) allows users to integrate their CRM with their website, This redesign is massive: it involves a new template/layout (optimized for mobile screens), the ability to turn on/off the shopping cart function, and the ability to turn on/off the public profiles/log-in function.
Most importantly, the new template/layout is going to REPLACE the current three layout/template options. What does this mean for you if you currently use the Pages function?
On the morning of April 16th, we will be migrating all clients using Pages to the new template. The existing templates will then be removed.
The new template/layout employs a background image rather than a banner/header space. If your current Pages layout uses a banner image, we will set your current banner image as the background image in the new template. If you are not currently employing a banner image in your Pages layout (one of the templates that doesn't employ a header banner), then your background in the new template will be left blank (gray).
All of your current Pages settings will migrate to the new template (donation page configurations such as fund, campaign, etc. as well as your Pages menu configurations and color settings).
The default setting for shopping cart is ON and public profiles is ON (and that is what your Pages site will be set to).
You should go online first thing April 16th and check your front facing/public NPE Page(s) to ensure everything looks correct and make any tweaks to the layout that you desire. Notify us immediately if there seems to be any technical issues or settings lost. If you want to turn the shopping cart off and/or turn public profiles off, log into your CRM account and go to Main Menu: Website Integrations: Configurations: Other. You will see the check boxes to toggle profiles and shopping cart on/off.
Overall, we expect there to be very few complications from the move to the new templates as all the same functionality exists in the new templates as the old ones. If you'd like to learn more, be sure to check outthe recording of our sneak peak webinar.
