Custom Form Integration with Fundly CRM is Here!
We are thrilled to announce that our new custom forms integration is live! This new integration is available through using Zapier a third party app that allows two or more disparate pieces of software to talk to each other. Through the new integration, you now have the ability to link custom forms (created in any one of the numerous third party form builder sites/apps that Zapier supports such as SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, Jot Forms, Cognito Forms, etc.) to Fundly CRM. This means that your constituents can fill out your custom form online and that data will be saved to Fundly CRM.
This integration is available through private invitation ONLY (you cannot activate the integration until you receive an invitation link from Fundly CRM via email).
We are rolling this integration out slowly, a few clients at a time, to ensure we can provide adequate support and training to users. As such, we will have a waiting list of clients who request activation of this new feature.
If you are interested in activating the Zapier integration, please let us know (email us at support@fundly.com). Additionally, please send us a link to the custom form(s) you wish to integrate with Fundly CRM for our review (and let us know what software/site those forms are built using), and we will add you to the queue. We will contact you once you reach the top of the waiting list.
A few additional points:
-you can learn more about the Zapier integration and how it works by watching the 8 minute Quick Start video in this tutorial in the support library and reading the accompanying step-by-step tutorial/guide
-we are providing this integration at no additional cost to you from us. However, there may be additional costs from Zapier (Zapier has a free subscription plan that will fit most of our clients, but here is a link to the Zapier pricing and plans) and/or your third party survey/form builder app (depending on your subscription plan for each).
-to activate the Zapier integration, you must have a Zapier account. Additionally, you must build your custom form in one of the form apps that Zapier integrates with (more details on both points in the tutorial linked above)

3. Contact Fundly CRM support to indicate your interest in activating the Zapier integration in your Fundly CRM account
