Great New Things From Fundly CRM! |
Our Best New Features for You! CRM:
Read on for all the details! And after you've checked out all the new features, drop us a line at support@fundly.com to let us know what you think! (if images are not displaying correctly in this email, you can find a copy of this newsletter in our CRM v2 Support Library) |
With the release of a new build, users may experience some irregularities in their CRM account such as the appearance of strange code, blank screens/modules, lack of word wrapping, etc. These issues are related to the need to clear your browser cache and/or to log out and back in to the system in order to get the new updates. If you continue to experience difficulties after clearing your cache and re-logging in, please email us at support@fundly.com.

![]() Did someone say F R E E????? Why, yes, we did! Our Smart Dashboards are a powerful way to make reporting as easy as the click of a button. Smart Dashboards provide a variety of metrics and filters for Fundraising, Memberships, and Events. They provide both summary and drill down data, and they are interactive! What's not to love? ![]() ![]() ![]() Smart Dashboards are a premium, (paid) add-on feature. However, now through the end of the year, we are making the Smart Dashboards FREE to all users. That's right - free (and there's no strings or gimmicks)! If you haven't already tried the Smart Dashboards, what are you waiting for? Simply navigate to the (Basic) Dashboard from the Main Menu and click on the blue bubble in the upper right hand corner to active the Smart Dashboard feature. ![]() We have a full set of tutorials in the support library that detail all the Smart Dashboards can do, including how to use the interactive filters, how to access drill down/detail data, how to change the sort order on each chart/table, and how to export the data to excel. |

![]() We work hard to make Fundly CRM not only attractive to clients by offering the features they want, but also affordable for all clients. To that end, we are removing the $1 per paid membership fee that we charge - for all clients. That means that all of our clients will not longer be charged this fee from us (Stripe credit card processing fees will still apply/still be charged). In addition, for our Easy Grow, Easy Go, and Easy Pro level clients, we are removing the $1 per event ticket paid via credit card fee that we charge as well (Stripe credit card processing fees will still apply/be charged). While the split/absorb/pass-on option will still show on the event registration/ticket set up screen, for Easy Grow, Easy Go, and Easy Pro clients, this is for display purposes only and this setting will only apply to the Stripe credit card fees. ![]() ![]() We have updated the messaging regarding charging membership and event fees from the My Accounts area for all clients. The reference to Membership Fees has been removed. For Easy Grow, Easy Go, and Easy Pro clients, we have also removed the reference to the Event Service Fees. ![]() These changes are effective as of July 1st. Generally, event service fees are charged in the following month (so fees on event tickets sold in July would be charged to you by us in August), so you may still see a charge for event service fees on your account statement this month (July) for event fees owed for June. However, from August onward, Easy Grow, Easy Go, and Easy Pro clients will not see any further event service fee charges from us. |

![]() We've been working hard to update the Reporting section of the support library to make the tutorials more of a guided, step-by-step "wizard" to help walk clients through their reporting options. More tutorials and changes are coming (there are some gaps in the numbering and we apologize for any confusion that may cause). We've added several new tutorials including a Quick Start Guide, Basic Reporting Part I: Getting Started and Basic Reporting Part II: Report Layout tutorials that give more of a big picture overview of what can be done in reporting, renumbered/renamed many of the tutorials to make the FAQs easier to digest (we've grouped them with which step in the process they go with so they aren't quite so open-ended), and we'll be adding tutorials on Part IV: Filtering, Part V: Report Output, Part VI: Report Layout, and Part VIII: Using Your Completed Report in the coming weeks. Stop by the Reports section of the support library and check it all out! On Thursday this week (July 25th), we'll be providing a revamped "Introduction to Basic Reporting" webinar that will be good for both beginners/those just getting started with reporting and those who have perhaps written some reports but don't yet have a sense of all that can be done in reports. You can register for that webinar at fundlyevent.com. |

![]() If you missed our webinar on How to Take Online Donations with Fundly CRM in which we talked about integrating your website with Fundly CRM for online donations, using the e-appeals module, and using Fundly Pro our crowdfunding site, you're in luck - we recorded the webinar and have added it to the support library. You can checkout that recording here. Tomorrow (Tuesday, July 23rd), we'll be talking about using Fundly CRM in real time at an event in our Events Made Simple webinar. Visit www.fundlyevent.com to register! |
