Apologies but we cannot transfer the money WHEN the campaign finishes. Fundly and our payment partner, Stripe, automatically transfer the funds as you receive it (Auto withdrawal schedule can be set to daily, weekly, or monthly. Default setting is "daily").
We do not handle the payment processing and Stripe manages all your funds so they should be able to address your concern.
If you want to refund the money back to the donors, you can do so by going to your FUNDS tab and clicking on the name of the donor. You should then see a REFUND button.
