How do I stop a recurring donation to my campaign?

Donations are handled by our payment partner, Stripe.

When the donor sets up their recurring donation, an email will be sent to them with a link to cancel the recurring contribution.

The admin can also cancel this by logging to their Stripe account. Recurring payments are called "subscription" via Stripe.

Once logged in:

1) Locate the subscription: https://dashboard.stripe.com/subscriptions
2) Click on the subscription in question
3) Click on the '...' option next to the 'Update Subscription' button
4) Click 'Cancel Subscription' (2 options appear - choose what you wish)

You can also contact support@fundly.com, provide the name and email address of the donor, and we will cancel it for you.
