I have had two donors state that they can’t donate because the zip code is incomplete. They verified the zip code was the same as billing address. Any other ideas?
Note that the form requires a ZIP code in two places ... one is the address area, the other is after the CVV/CSC code *on the credit card info line*.
That's what got me. The photo helps to show this. :)
