I cannot make a donation and it tells me my postal code is incomplete.

There are actually two sections for the postal code/zip code on the donation form:

Please make sure that you fill up all the fields before clicking on the MAKE YOUR DONATION button.

    I get a message to enter a valid zip code.  I entered the same zip code as my credit card.  There is only one place to enter the zip code.  I don't see another field after the  CVC code.
