Our payment partner, Stripe, disables campaigns that haven't linked their banking information yet.
Please go to your FUNDS tab and click on the COMPLETE WITHDRAWAL SETUP button. This would route you to a Stripe form. Fill up the required fields with your banking information and you should be all set.
