How do I add/change a profile image?
-Your profile picture will help other people to identify you and your organization. Another is to help you and your organization to express itself and to help others to develop the right impression.
1. Log in to Fundly Enterprise.
2. Click the “Account” drop-down in the upper right-hand corner (where your organization name appears).
3. Click “My Profile”
4. Click on the “Change Image” button and then click “Click here or drop file here,” select the image you would want to have on your profile from your library or you can drag and drop an image from your computer.
- Click on "Save" on the lower right corner to save your changes.
How do I change my email address?

How do I change my password?
You must be logged in to your Fundly account to change your password.
- Log into Fundly Enterprise.
- Click the “Account” drop-down in the upper right-hand corner (where your organization name appears).
- Click “My Profile”
- Click on the “Change Password” button.
- Fill out the required field (old password, new password, and confirm new password)
- Click on the "Change Password" button on the lower right corner to save your changes.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
- Click "Log in"
- Click “Forgot Password”
- Enter your username on the box provided.
- Click reset password.
- Check your email to see the temporary password that we will send you.
- Click the link on the email to redirect you to the log in page.
- Copy and paste (or type) the new password on the login page.
How do I change my username?

5. Click on the "Change Username" button on the lower right corner to save your changes.
How do I change the campaign/organization name on my account?
- Log into Fundly Enterprise.
- Click the “Account” drop-down in the upper right-hand corner (where your organization name appears).
- Click “My Profile”
- Fill out the field for Organization Name.
- Click on "Save" on the lower right corner to save your changes.
How do I delete my Fundly Enterprise account, campaign or event?
- You cannot delete your Fundly Enterprise account on your own. Email us at support@fundly.com and someone from our team will get back to you and help with deleting your account, campaign or event.
How do I log out of my account?
- Click the “Account” drop-down in the upper right-hand corner (where your organization name appears).
- Click “Logout”
NOTE: It is recommended that you log out of your account at the end of each session.
FUNDS DISBURSEMENT
Can I still keep my funds even if I do not reach my goal?
- You can still keep the funds raised in your campaign/event even if you do not get to achieve your goal. After each transaction on every donation, the money is immediately deposited into your Stripe account.
What are your fees?
- Fundly Enterprise fee is 5%.
- Stripe payment gateway fees are 2.9% + 30 cents.
