The Implementation Team will provide you with a link to our migration package options, please review and let us know if you would like a quote for the option you have selected.
3. Export your data in XLSX or CSV Format (Excel)
Export, zip, and upload your data to a Dropbox or Google Drive Folder provided by the Fundly Implementation team
4. Migration Cost Estimate
After we receive your data, we will provide you with a full cost estimate for migration services based on your preselected migration package.
5. Sign Migration Quote
Sign and return the migration quote provided the Fundly Implementation Team to begin the migration process.
Data Clean Mapping
If you have chosen Option 1 from the Migration Outlines and Costs, you will be responsible for mapping the data from your previous database to match the schema of Fundly CRM
Data Clean Up
Fundly has a number of Cleanup services available as part of our migration services.
Depending on which migration option you have selected. Configurations may be included or required by your organization prior to migration.
In most occasions, organizations have unique data types that are used to track contact types, email types, prefixes, etc. If your data includes values that are not already in the CRM as configured values, then you must create them prior to your migration. Configuring data values in the CRM prior to migration will help the migrated data find a preset value to map to.
1. Migration Start
A member of the Fundly Implementation Team will contact you when your migration has begun. You will be provided with an estimated time for completion.
2. CRM Training
During your migration is an excellent time to begin or continue training. Attend our Free online webinars during this time to start learning how to use Fundly CRM.
3. Migration Complete
A member of the Fundly Implementation Team will contact you when your migration has been completed
4. Migration Charge
After the completion of your migration, your organization will be charged the quoted amount for migration.
5. Review/Test Period
Although we strive for perfection, we are not perfect, so please be sure to verify a few records in your database to make sure your data has migrated as expected.
