My donation did not reflect on the campaign page?

If you made a donation and did not reflect yet on the campaign page this could be one of many reasons:

1. Donation was recently made and the transaction has not settled and completed yet with our credit card processor. Please note that it may take between 24-48 hours for a transaction to settle. If you are the donor, you can also verify if the donation has settled and completed if you see a charge post on your credit card/debit card statement.

2. If the transaction failed with the credit card processor and the payment was not settled. 

* If you have confirmed that the donation was settled and completed and still did not see the donation reflect on the campaign page, please submit a support ticket to support@fundly.com with the following details:

Donor name

Email address

Last 4 digits of the credit card (if available)
