Managing Supports: Manage Attendees
- This tutorial will cover how to manage attendees for events within Fundly Enterprise.
- Start by editing the event you wish to manage attendees for, and from the drop down next to the Publish/Unpublish button, select Attendees.
- On the resulting screen you will see a list of all currently registered attendees for your event.
- To add a new attendee for your event, click on the Add New Attendee button in the top left.
- In the dialogue that appears, start by indicating the attendee’s First and Last Name, and answer any other registration questions configured.
- To modify the registration question asked, see the tutorial on Form Configuration.
- In the Fees section, indicate the registration type you wish to record the attendee against.
- Please see the tutorial on configuring Registration Types for more on how to create these options.
- Next in the Payment Option section, indicate the Payment Mode and Reference Number for the transaction used to pay for registration.
- When you have finished entering information for the attendee, click on the Save button in the lower right of the screen.
- To edit an event attendee entry, click on the Edit button to the right of that entry.
