Managing Supporters: Manage Offline Donations
- This tutorial will cover how to manage offline donations for projects within Fundly Enterprise.
- Start by editing the project for which you wish to manage offline donations, and from the drop down next to Publish/Unpublish, in the upper right corner, select Offline Donations.
- This will show you all currently entered offline donations for this project.
- To enter a new offline donation, click on the Add New Donation button in the top left.
- In the resulting dialogue, start by indicating the Team and Individual, if any, to be credited for this donation.
- Next, specify the date of the donation with the Donation Date field.
- If this donation was made by an individual, use the First and Last Name fields, and the Organization Name field if it was an organization that made the donation.
- Use the Email and Phone fields to indicate how to contact the donor.
- Use the Payment Mode field to indicate how the donor made their offline donation, and the Reference Number field to indicate any reference information available for the transaction.
- Next, indicate the size of the donation using the Amount field.
- If you desire to indicate a dedication for this donation, or additional details, click on the More button at the bottom of the dialogue.
- This will expand the dialogue to allow you to indicate the nature of the dedication, and to whom the dedication is to be made.
- If you wish the donation to be considered anonymous, please mark the “Is this Donation anonymous” check-mark.
- Lastly, if you wish to enter the donor’s address, using the provided address search field to find and select the correct address.
- When you have finished entering information for this donation, click on Save & Add New to continue entering donations, or Save & Close if complete.
- To edit an existing offline donation, click on the Edit button to the right of that entry.
- To void out a donation, click on the Void (circular arrow) button to the right of that entry.
