Managing Supporters: Manage Sponsors
- This tutorial will cover how to manage sponsors for projects within Fundly Enterprise.
- While editing the project you wish to manage sponsor for, select the Sponsor Level option in the left hand menu.
- Next, click on the Sponsors tab at the top to see all current sponsors.
- To manually record a new sponsor, click on the Add Sponsor button.
- In the resulting dialogue, start by selecting the Sponsorship Level for this sponsor and indicating the name of the sponsor.
- If you wish for this sponsor to be displayed on the project’s public site, mark the ”Display on Event’s Public Site” check-box.
- Use the Sponsor Logo field to upload an available image file of the sponsor logo. (png, gif, jpg, jpeg)
- Next, indicate the first and last name of the individual whom is acting as contact for this sponsor, and their email address.
- Use the Website field to indicate the URL for the sponsor for other supporter to visit their site.
- The Mission Statement field will allow you to provide some details about the sponsor for other supports to review.
- Lastly, in the Payment Option section indicate what mode of payment was used to pay for the sponsorship and any reference numbers you may have for the transaction.
- When you have finished entering information for a sponsor, click on the Save button in the lower right of the screen.
- To edit an existing sponsor entry, click on the Edit button to the right of that entry.
