- This tutorial will cover how to add and edit contact sources within Fundly CRM
- A contact source indicates the means by which a contact became connected with your organization and allows you to track these sources within reports.
- From the Configuration Management – Contact Source screen, to add a new contact source click on the Add(+) button in the upper right of the screen.
- This will open the Add/Edit Contact Source popup, which contains only a single field for the name of the Contact Source.
- Once you have entered the name of the contact source you can click Save & Add New to add additional contact source, or simply click Save & Close to return to the previous screen.
- To edit a contact source you have configured, mouse over the entry for that contact source within the list, and click on the Edit(pencil) button.
- This will bring up the Add/Edit Contact Source popup once again, allowing you to change the name of the contact source.
- To remove a contact source that you have created that is currently not in use, click on the Delete(X) button just to the right of the Edit button.
