Fundly CRM allows two or more contacts within a Household to share e-mail addresses. When multiple contacts share a household email address, the first contact with that email address is the primary holder of that email, and all activities will be automatically tied to that person. For this reason, with respect to activity-related functions (volunteer activities, events), it is best to have separate email addresses for each household member, so that the correct contact can be identified with the appropriate activity in Fundly CRM. If this is not possible, your organization should clearly communicate about this with your volunteers and event attendees who share email addresses, to avoid potential confusion.
