When you create a Contact search using the Advanced Search feature (in the Contact Management screen), make sure that you always type in a clearly identifiable search name in the Search Name field. This will enable you to easily retrieve this search in the future and save time. To retrieve saved Searches, just hover your mouse over the Advanced Search (filter) icon and select the Search you want.
NOTE: if you don't save your Advanced search, you'll have to recreate it in the future, so be sure to click Save & Search for those searches that you'll be wanting to repeat later on. (Just clicking Search, will produce the search results but it will not save your search for future reference.”
