It probably has something to do with either your Browser View settings or your computer's Display settings. First, try resetting your Browser View:
In Windows XP: Right Click on the desktop and select Properties. In Display Properties, click Settings. Slide the Screen Resolution bar to the desired settings and click OK.
In Firefox: Go to the View menu, select Zoom, then click on Reset.
In Google Chrome: Click on the Chrome "Wrench" icon located in the upper right of the browser window. When the drop-down menu appears, adjust the scale in the Zoom field until all of the information fits in the screen.
In Safari: Go to the View menu and select Zoom Out. (To return to the default setting, select Actual Size.)
If that doesn't work, go to your computer's Display preferences screen (Control Panel in Windows), and see if your display settings are set to NPE's recommended setting, which is 1280 x 960 Resolution. If you're not sure how to change your computer's display settings, consult your operating system's Help menu.
If you use a different operating system or Browser, check your help menu for specific instructions.
