How to Activate Phone Support
Fundly CRM:
Fundly CRM version 2.0+:
- Click the drop-down that shows your username
- Select Accounts
- Ensure that you are the My Account Page
- Scroll down to Phone Support
- Click Activate to activate Phone Support
Both Monthly and Yearly phone support subscriptions are available when you turn on Phone Support.
If when you call no one is available, please leave a message with your name, phone number and the organization you are with, and a member of our Customer Experience Team will return your call as quickly as possible.
For Fundly CRM versions prior to 2.0:
To subscribe for Live Phone Support. Log into your NPE System and click on the Settings link. Next, click on the Account Information tab and change the Phone Support switch from Off to On.
