For Phone Support Subscribers, support is available M-F, 7AM to 5PM (Pacific Standard Time)
For Fundly CRM versions prior to 2.0: To subscribe for Live Phone Support. Log into your NPE System and click on the Settings link. Next click on the Account Information tab and change the Phone Support switch from Off to On.
For Fundly CRM version 2.0+: To subscribe for Live Phone Support, log into your NPE system and click on Account, under your name in the top right corner. In the My Account option on the left, under Add-Ons, click on the Activate button for Phone support.
Both Monthly and Yearly phone support subscriptions are available when you turn on Phone Support.
If when you call no one is available, please leave a message with your name, phone number and the organization you are with, and a member of our Customer Experience Team will return your call as quick as possible.
