FAQ - How do I update my password?
- This tutorial will cover the steps how to update/change your login credentials/password for your CRM.
- To start, click on the username dropdown on the upper right side of the screen.
- Click Account from the username dropdown options.
- By default you will be directed to My Account tab/page.
- From the left hand menu, click on Credentials. This is where you can change your username and password.
- Enter the new/desired username or password. Click the Save button in each respective section.
- Log out from the system and log back in to verify the new credentials.
